upgrade of tantivy with MANY performance improvements. a bugfix in chitchat catchup mechanism: less grpc chitchat rpc should be necessary improvement in the shard rebalancing mechanism. Shards should be more balanced amongst ingesters. aggregation limits will be shared accross requests (!). Searcher should be less likely to OOM, but more request might error.
